沈钦荣运用柴胡类方治疗腰椎间盘突出症经验
Shen Qinrong's Experience in Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation by Using Chaihu-Associated Formulas
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarized Shen Qinrong's experience in using Chaihu-associated formulas to treat lumbar disc herniation.It is believed that the core pathogenesis of lumbar disc herniation is the unfavorable condition of Shaoyang Cardinals,which leads to dysfunction of Qi movement,imbalance of muscles and bones,and metabolic disorders of body fluids.The method of harmonizing and regulating the meridians runs through the entire treatment process.The treatment should focus on relieving Shaoyang and regulating Qi circulation.The formulas are modified with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction.To soothe the liver,benefit the kidney,and nourish bones and tendons,modified Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction can be used.To promote the circulation of organs,eliminate evil,and innovate the formulas,the formulas are modified with Da Chai Hu Decoction.Three verification cases are attached for discussion among fellow practitioners.关键词
