摘要
Abstract
Prediabetes refers to a transitional stage from normal glucose metabolism to diabetes.This stage is critical for reversing the upward trend of blood glucose levels and preventing its further development into diabetes.A timely identification of and an effective intervention and management in this large population embody the concept of"preventive treatment"in traditional Chinese medicine.To further standardize the integrated diagnosis and treatment of prediabetes with traditional Chinese and western medicine,this document,referring to the latest international clinical practice guidelines,following the relevant requirements regarding the group standards management methods of the China Association of Chinese Medicine,combining the unique characteristics and clinical practices of traditional Chinese medicine,and incorporating the research achievements of modern medicine and other disciplines,formulates the Guidelines for interventions in prediabetes based on the"preventive treatment"theory.This guideline has been released as a group standard by the China Association of Chinese Medicine,with the standard number T/CACM 1463-2023.关键词
