运用"伏邪理论"辨治慢性心力衰竭
Application of the hidden pathogen theory in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic heart failure
摘要
Abstract
This paper explores the pathogenesis and TCM treatment of chronic heart failure from the perspective of the hidden pathogen theory.It is believed that in chronic heart failure,the hidden pathogen invades the body due to vital qi deficiency and then lurks in the body,leading to depletion of qi,accumulation of the pathogen,and resulting in deficiencies in both qi and yin or even both yin and yang over time,along with latent pathological products like phlegm,dampness and blood stasis.For its treatment,considering the characteristics of the hidden pathogen,it is proposed to utilize the methods of benefiting qi to strength healthy qi,inducing diuresis for expelling the pathogen and tonifying the spleen and kidney.For that purpose,Lishui Touxie Decoction is self-formulated,with its ingredients adjusted flexibly based on the individual differences of a patient to relieve the symptoms of the disease and slow down its progression,with notable clinical efficacy.A typical case is presented for evidence in this paper as well.关键词
