基于时间医学浅析《幼幼集成》分时论治小儿咳嗽
Analysis of the ideas of Youyou Jicheng on the treatment of cough in children based on the theory of time medicine
摘要
Abstract
Cough is a common disease in pediatrics.Based on the Youyou Jicheng,combined with the theory of time medicine,this paper discusses the clinical experience of Chen Fuzheng in his treatment of cough in children.It is maintained that cough in children can be attributed to different pathological factors during the span of a day,with the alternation of day and night,flowing of qi and blood in meridians and collaterals at different hours as their classification criteria,specifically in the early morning due to phlegm fire,while in the forenoon due to stomach fire,and due to yin deficiency in the afternoon,and at dusk due to fire floating in the lung,and due to food stagnation in the triple energizers just before dawn.And cough in children falls under varying categories according to different affected zang-viscera in circle of one year,referring to the TCM concepts of unity of man and heaven,and the five internal organs corresponding to the five seasons,namely,liver cough in spring,heart cough in summer,spleen cough in midsummer,lung cough in autumn,and kidney cough in winter.His experience in this respect provides new ideas for the clinical treatment of cough in children.关键词
