基于态靶辨证辨治Ⅱ型心肾综合征
Treatment of type Ⅱ cardiorenal syndrome based on the theory of syndrome differentiation of state-target
摘要
Abstract
Type II cardiorenal syndrome is a renal dysfunction caused by chronic heart failure,and its complex pathophysiological pathogenesis and heterogeneity increase the difficulty of diagnosis and treatment.In this paper,based on the"state-target syndrome differentiation theory"proposed by Academician Tong Xiaolin,combined with its pathophysiological characteristics,type II cardiorenal syndrome is classified into four states,namely,"deficiency state,blood stasis state,water state and turbidity state".In addition,combined with the understanding of CRS in modern Chinese medicine and the results of its pharmacological research,the target drugs are selected for the"disease target","syndrome target",and"biochemical indicator target",respectively.This study is aimed at constructing a theoretical system of CRS state-target syndrome differentiation to provide more accurate and effective treatment solutions for its treatment.关键词
