基于"中气如轴"理论论述消渴病中气虚与阴虚的关系
Discussion on the relationship between qi deficiency and yin deficiency in consumptive thirst based on the theory of"middle qi as the axis"

Abstract
The disease mechanisms of consumptive thirst are complex.Peng Ziyi constructs a circular motion model related to the yin-yang qi movement of the zang-fu viscera,and takes"middle qi as the axis"as the core to put forward the idea that the occurrence and development of human diseases are closely related to the abnormal movement of middle qi.It is found that the pathogenesis of consumptive thirst is closely related to the physiopathological pattern under the theory of"middle qi as an axis"in its circular movement,which provides a rich theoretical basis for exploring the relationship between qi deficiency and yin deficiency in consumptive thirst.The pathogenesis of consumptive thirst is believed to be deficiency of both qi and yin,with qi deficiency occurring first,which affects the axis,leading to an impeded qi movement,and in consequence leading to qi,blood and body fluids distribution obstacles,in turn resulting in yin deficiency,dryness,and heat.Prolonged yin deficiency can produce toxic pathogens,aggravating the degree of qi deficiency.In terms of its treatment,emphasis should be laid on promoting middle qi,regulating its ascending and descending,adopting the methods such as reinforcing the soil to generate qi,nourishing qi and yin,and removing blood stasis and detoxifying.It is expected that this study may provide certain ideas for the clinical prevention and treatment of patients with consumptive thirst.关键词
