宫晓燕治疗感染后慢性咳嗽经验
Professor Gong Xiaoyan's experience in the treatment of post-infectious chronic cough
摘要
Abstract
Professor Gong Xiaoyan attributes post-infectious chronic cough to wind-cold obstruction,its injuring lung yang and causing the retention of pathological products such as wind,phlegm,and blood stasis.Its pathogenic characteristics mainly feature"wind,cold,heat,phlegm,and deficiency".Her treatment focuses on ventilating lung qi,clearing heat,resolving phlegm,descending qi,relieving spasms,and nourishing deficiency.The etiology of chronic cough after infection is often related to wind-cold invading the lung-defense phase.If the disease cannot be treated properly to prolong for a long time,pathogenic qi may accumulate in the body and affect the operation of lung qi,which can lead to persistent cough.According to the specific condition of a patient,Gong Xiaoyan flexibly uses various treatment methods such as moistening dryness and relieving throat disorders,descending qi and relieving asthma,dispelling wind and relieving spasms,strengthening the spleen and resolving phlegm,warming the lung and tonifying deficiency,etc.,to restore lung functions of diffusion,purification and descending,harmonize qi and blood of the organs,and achieve the effect of treating both its symptoms and root causes.关键词
