摘要

Abstract

Large-scale fermentation of rice by the entomopathogenic fungus Purpureocillium clavatum was carried out,and the crude extract was separated and purified by several modern natural product separation methods.The structure of the compound was identified by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),mass spectrometry(MS),circular dichroism(CD)and other spectroscopic methods.Seven compounds were obtained from the ethyl acetate layer of the rice fermented extract of the entomopathogenic fungus Purpureocillium clavatum,including one new compound,purcilliumene A(5),four steroid compounds(1-3,6),one sphingosine compound(7),one other compound(4).Antimicrobial activity screening revealed that compounds 1,2,3,6,7 showed significant inhibitory effects against Coll etotri chum capsici,Hypomyces odoratus-Ⅰ,and Trichothecium roseum.Compounds 2 and 7 also showed inhibitory effect against Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
