"1+X"证书制度下高职护理专业儿童护理教学改革研究
Research on Teaching Reform of Child Nursing in Vocational Nursing Specialty Under the Background of"1+X"Certificate System
摘要
Abstract
In the process of implementing vocational education reform in China,the"1+X"certificate system has been introduced,which is the focus of vocational education reform and the development trend.This system can not only improve the professional skills and professionalism of practitioners,but also promote the service quality and professional level of the whole industry.For higher vocational nursing specialty,how to implement teaching reform based on"1+X"is a key topic to be studied.In practice,the University adheres to the method of theory+practice,scientifically sets up courses,effectively promotes teaching,ensures that all students can learn something,achieve something,and use what they learn,effectively links learning with practice,learning and use,continues to promote the"1+X"pilot work,focuses on key points,continues to promote the pilot work in an efficient and orderly manner,strives to achieve the integration of courses and certificates,constantly optimizes the curriculum and teaching content,promotes the organic connection of"1"and"X",deepens the reform of teaching methods,and improves the flexibility,adaptability,and pertinence of medical student talent training.This paper takes children's nursing teaching as an example,analyzes the current situation of teaching reform,and puts forward suggestions according to the existing problems.关键词
