Abstract
The"Challenge Cup"National College Student Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition serves as an important platform for enhancing the quality education of college students in the new era.It has demonstrated significant effectiveness in nurturing young innovative talents and is regarded as the"Olympics"of scientific innovation and entrepreneurship due to its outstanding contributions to the field of scientific innovation and entrepreneurship among Chinese college students.This article analyzes the importance of medical students'participation in the"Challenge Cup"competition,using Xuzhou Medical University as a case study to discuss the strategies for cultivating innovative talents in the field of basic medical sciences based on the"Challenge Cup."Furthermore,through the innovative case study of"Research on Cognitive Impairment Induced by Toxoplasma gondii Strains in China and Its Pharmacological Approaches,"the article confirms the effectiveness of the"Challenge Cup"in promoting the cultivation of innovative talents and highlights the success of Xuzhou Medical University's talent cultivation model utilizing competitions like the"Challenge Cup".关键词
