宫腔镜进阶式培训在妇产科住培中的应用
Application of Advanced Hysteroscopy Training in the Standardized Training for Residents of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of advanced hysteroscopy training in the standardized training for residents of obstetrics and gynecology on improving hysteroscopy surgical skills.Methods Eight residents undergoing standardized training in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from November 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects and received advanced hysteroscopy training,including theoretical training,preoperative preparation training,hands-on hysteroscopy training,and resident hysteroscopy.The training effects at each stage were evaluated through pre-and post-training tests,resident feedback,and milestone evaluations.Results After the training,the average theoretical score of the residents was(91.6±4.0)points,and the average preoperative preparation score for hysteroscopy was(88.5±3.7)points,both of which were higher than the theoretical score(65.4±4.6)points and the preoperative preparation score(58.5±8.2)points before the training,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).Four residents reached the milestone evaluation level of>1 to<2,three residents were at level 2,and one resident reached the level of>2 to<3.Conclusion Advanced hysteroscopy training can improve the hysteroscopy surgical skills of obstetrics and gynecology residents.关键词
