依托虚拟教研室提升临床教师教学能力的探索
An Exploration of Improving Clinical Teachers'Teaching Ability Based on Virtual Teaching and Research Room

Abstract
During the construction and development of the Virtual Surgical Teaching and Research Office at Inner Mongolia Medical University,it was found that there are significant differences in teaching abilities among faculty members across different teaching hospitals,with some teachers lacking emphasis on teaching.Therefore,improving the teaching capabilities of clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals and achieving homogenization of clinical teaching quality is an important aspect of the construction of the Virtual Surgical Teaching and Research Office.Based on the orthopedic"Hands-On"teaching team from the affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University,a series of standardized teaching training,teaching salon activities,and the establishment of a curriculum ideological and political case database were conducted.Through close communication and collaboration between the Virtual Surgical Teaching and Research Office at Inner Mongolia Medical University and surrounding clinical medical colleges,the teaching abilities of faculty members in these colleges have been enhanced,thereby improving teaching quality.关键词
