临床医学专业本科生科研能力培养模式的探讨
Discussion on the Cultivating Mode of Scientific Research Capability of Clinical Medical Undergraduates

Abstract
In the context of the rapid advancements in the medical field today,undergraduate students in clinical medicine must not only possess a solid foundation of medical knowledge and proficient diagnostic and treatment skills,but also develop strong research capability to meet the growing demands of medical research.However,medical schools currently face several challenges in cultivating interdisciplinary talents.To overcome these challenges,it is essential to adapt teaching strategies flexibly.Medical schools should integrate new theories(strong foundational knowledge),new knowledge(demonstrating research capability),and new technologies(innovative teaching methods),while also fostering new approaches(such as teacher guidance and cultivating an academic atmosphere).This comprehensive approach will help train clinical medicine undergraduates who are equipped with both research skills and research spirit,ultimately contributing to the long-term development of China's healthcare sector.This paper explores the research capability development mode for clinical medicine undergraduates,aiming to provide insights for optimizing the cultivation mode of research capability in clinical medicine education.关键词
