摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the physical activity level and various influencing factors of young people in Tianjin during home-based exercises, and screen favorable influencing factors,in order to provide scientific guidance basis for health education and public health intervention policy formulation to improve the health level of young people, and to improve the physical activity level of young people under home-based exercises. Methods A cohort of 98 participants who aged 20~35 were selected between January 2022 and December 2023 in Tianjin. The physical activity level was measured by the international physical activity questionnaire(IPAQ).A cross-sectional study method was employed, using a multiple linear regression model for data analysis. Results Gender, living space, regular exercise, fitness equipment and voluntary in home-based exercises were all factors influencing the level of home exercise of young people, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that three variables, namely, whether to exercise regularly, whether to own fitness equipment and whether to exercise at home voluntarily, had more significant effects on the level of home exercise of young people(P<0.001).Conclusion The physical activity level of young adults in home-based exercises is closely related to regular exercise, ownership of fitness equipment, voluntary in home-based exercises, living space, and gender factors, especially in regular exercise, ownership of fitness equipment, voluntary in home-based exercises. The government and its relevant departments may intervene by targeting these determinants to foster autonomous exercise awareness among young adults, and provide a targeting guide according to the differences in living space and gender. It may promote the exercise level of young adults, and achieving the goal of improving the overall health level among young adults.关键词
