螯合剂作用下博落回-鸭乸草间作修复铀污染土壤的研究
Phytoremediation of Uranium Contaminated Soils with Intercropping of Macleaya Cordata and Paspalum Scrobiculatum Under Treatment of Chelating Agents

Abstract
The uranium contaminated farmland soil near a uranium tailings pond in Hunan Province was selected as the research object,and Macleaya Cordata and Paspalum Scro-biculatum were selected as uranium bioaccumulation plants.Pot experiments were carried out to study the effects of chelating agents on the behavior of uranium bioaccumulation in the shoot and root parts during the intercrop of Macleaya Cordata and Paspalum Scrobicu-latum,as well as its effects on the speciation of uranium,content of organic acid,and composition of microbial communities in the rhizosphere soil.The results showed that 2 mmol/kg oxalic acid has the best effect on enhancing exchangeable uranium in soil,while low concentrations of siderophore have no significant effect on the change of speciation of uranium in soil.The total uranium bioaccumulation in Macleaya Cordata and Paspalum Scrobiculatum increased significantly by 216.28%and 21.04%,respectively,and the translocation factor of Macleaya Cordata increased significantly by 68.18%,by intercrop-ping of Macleaya Cordata and Paspalum Scrobiculatum compared to the intercropping con-trol group.The content of oxalic acid in rhizosphere soil significantly reduced due to the addition of oxalic acid,which might be related to the involvement of exogenous oxalic acid in alleviating the stress of uranium toxicity on plants.The secretion of organic acids by plant root system and the adsorption of uranium by uranium tolerant microorganisms inclu-ding Sphingomonas,Gp1,Mortierella,and Fusarium in rhizosphere soil alleviated the stress of uranium toxicity on plants,promoted the conversion of uranium to exchangeable uranium in the rhizosphere soil,and promoted uranium bioaccumulation of plants.关键词
