Abstract

In order to promote the construction of data management capabilities of large energy enterprises,improve the data management system,consolidate the foundation of data management,carry out data management capabilities assessment,effectively identify weak links in the company's data management,standardize data management and use behaviors,continue to improve data management capabilities,and accelerate the promotion of the company's digital transformation and development.By fully investigating the current status and characteristics of data management in large energy enterprises,and drawing on domestic and foreign data management evaluation models such as DCMM and DAMA,a set of data management evaluation models has been innovatively constructed.The model includes the analysis of 8 capability domains and 29 capabilities,96 management elements and 209 elements.A weighted average method is used to calculate and judge the maturity level.Compared with the current general data management capability evaluation model in the industry,this model clarifies the key scope of data management and is more in line with the business characteristics of energy production enterprises.Through empirical analysis,the results show that the evaluation model has evaluation operability and scoring effectiveness,and can provide guidance for improving the data management capabilities of large energy companies.
