寒冷地区住区空间形态对建筑能耗的影响研究

Abstract
This paper selects 60 residential areas in Xingtai City and uses Rhino and Grasshopper platforms to conduct energy consumption simulation.After coupling microclimate and building energy consumption,the paper discusses the impact of residential space form on building energy consumption.After using Pearson's single factor analysis and linear regression multi-factor analysis,the results show that residential form affects residential area cooling and heating energy consumption,thereby affecting total residential energy consumption.At the same time,average number of floors,building height dispersion,street enclosure degree,the shape coefficient works together to affect the energy consumption of the building.The shape coefficient is the main influencing factor,and the influence is 1.79 times the average number of floors,7.23 times the dispersion of building height,and-4.84 times the street enclosure degree.Therefore,when carrying out green residential quarterdesign in Xingtai region,the design of the shape coefficient should be considered first.关键词
