提高某型修正马达定子组件合格率的实证研究

Abstract
The vertical gyro is an aircraft horizontal attitude angle sensor and is a product that is matched with a certain type of aircraft.Among them,the qualified rate of the revised motor stator components is low,which seriously restricts the supporting delivery of a certain model of self-driving system.This paper determines through QC activities that the reason for the low pass rate of the corrected motor stator assembly is the uneven coil laying amount.By designing the wire embedding tooling,the quality problem of low pass rate of the motor stator component was effectively solved,and the pass rate was increased from 47.2%to 86.3%.The factor analysis ideas and designed tooling proposed in this paper can be used for production of similar wire embedding problems.关键词
