Abstract
Starting from 2023,China's thermal power construction has set off a new wave.The installation supervision and inspection work of large power station boilers is statutory and mandatory,and the methods and methods for carrying out this work are closely related to the installation quality control of power station boilers.This paper focuses on the supervision and inspection of the installation process of power station boilers,analyzes material management,welding technology,heat treatment process,and non-destructive testing based on examples,and summarizes the key points of installation supervision and inspection work.At the same time,this paper proposed a four-point supervision and inspection work strategy to conscientiously implement technical specifications,strengthen communication between all parties,seek regulatory support and optimize its own working methods,which pointed out the direction for further improving the installation supervision and inspection of large-scale power station boilers.关键词
