Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to conduct an in-depth analysis and summary of the failure of traction motor speed sensor during the phase transition process of HXD1 locomotive.Through the collection and collation of actual operation data,combined with the structural characteristics and working principles of locomotives,this paper uses various methods such as fault tree analysis,mathematical statistics and case analysis to systematically study the causes,influencing factors and fault modes of faults.The results show that electrical impact,mechanical vibration and sensor quality problems during the phase transition process are the main reasons for the failure of the traction motor speed sensor.Targeted preventive measures and improvement suggestions are put forward to improve the stability and reliability of the operation of the HXD1 locomotive,and provide a useful reference for locomotive maintenance and troubleshooting.关键词
