基于UG的RV减速器摆线轮数字化建模与仿真加工

Abstract
In order to improve the machining accuracy and efficiency of the cycloid wheel of RV reducer,the parametric modeling module of UG NX software is used to model the cycloid wheel three-dimensional.Based on the process route design,the tool path design and simulation of the cycloid wheel are used to design and simulate machining.The results show that the digital modeling,process route design and machining method selection of cycloid wheel improve the machining efficiency of cycloid wheel and the position accuracy between each hole of cycloid wheel.Digital modeling and CNC milling simulation machining of cycloid gears improve the machining accuracy and efficiency of cycloid gears,thereby providing reference and guidance for the design and processing of cycloid parts in RV reducer.关键词
