高质量发展视域下中国式养老的理论解析与路径探讨
Theoretical Analysis and Path Exploration of Elderly Care with Chinese Style in the Perspective of High-quality Development

Abstract
China's population development has now entered a critical period,and a new demographic pattern is emerging.The high-quality development of the elderly care with Chinese style is an important element of China's high-quality development in the new era,and is also a major task in the implementation of the national strategy for actively coping with population ageing.Based on China's national conditions and the requirements of Chinese-style modernization,elderly care with Chinese style in the new era will meet the growing needs of the elderly for an improved quality of life through the high-quality advancement of the elderly undertakings and industries,and will formulate Chinese wisdom and solutions to actively cope with the ageing of the population,thereby fostering common prosperity and the comprehensive development of humanity.The elderly care with Chinese style in this period presents distinctive features of convergence,uniqueness,difference,stage,and major power.The new development concept of innovation,coordination,greenness,openness and sharing provides an important perspective and guideline for understanding and choosing strategies to advance the high-quality development of elderly care with Chinese style.In the context of high-quality development,we should make full use of the advantages of"one core and multiple elements"to promote the modernization of governance systems and capacities for population ageing in a large country,innovate the content and form of Chinese-style elderly care in the light of the needs of older adults,and promote the balanced and coordinated development of the elderly care with Chinese style on the basis of preserving the basics and making up for the shortcomings.It should also make full use of existing resources to improve the efficiency of elderly care,explore the construction of an open and diversified elderly-care system,and effectively ensure that all older adults can access high-quality elderly care with Chinese style.关键词
