摘要

Abstract

Titanium and its alloys are widely used in the biomedical field due to their excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility.However,titanium and its alloys lack antibacterial capabilities.In order to enhance the antibacterial properties of titanium alloys,altering the surface structure and composition is an effective approach.Titanium dioxide nanotube(TN)on the surface of Ti6Al4V was prepared by anodization method,followed by grafting poly sulfobetaine methacrylate(PSBMA)onto TN surfaces.Zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8)loaded with ciprofloxacin(CIP)was synthesized on PSBMA-TN surfaces using a hydrothermal method to form a antibacterial coating of CIP@ZIF-8/PSBMA-TN(CZPT)with pH responsive properties.The performance of the coatings was evaluated through wettability tests and antibacterial tests.The results showed that the contact angle of Ti6Al4V with water was 71.50°,while the contact angle of CZPT with water was 14.20°,indicating significantly improved hydrophilicity.CZPT coating exhibited good antimicrobial properties with bacteriostatic rates of 96%and 65%against e.coli and staphylococcus aureus,respectively.
