Abstract
Objective:To explore the latent classes of chronic pain in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS)and identify its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 177 AS patients treated in our hospital were selected by convenience sampling from January 2022 to November 2023,and the patients were followed up for 3 months.The latent class growth model was used to identify the latent classes of chronic pain in AS patients,and the decision tree model was used to analyze its influencing factors.Results:According to the chronic pain,AS patients could be divided into high-pain stable group(35 cases,19.8%)and low-pain reduction group(142 cases,80.2%)group.The decision tree model showed that gender,anxiety and depression,disease duration,exercise days per week,the score of Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index,peripheral arthritis and enthesitis were influencing factors of the latent classes of chronic pain in AS patients,among them,the score of Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index was the most important factor affecting the latent classes of chronic pain in AS patients.Conclusions:The chronic pain of AS patients can be divided into 2 latent classes.The gender,anxiety and depression,disease duration,exercise days per week,the score of Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index,peripheral arthritis and enthesitis are influencing factors of chronic pain in AS patients.关键词
