基于老年病人视角的医疗机构组织型健康素养评价量表的编制及信效度检验
Development of evaluation scale of organizational health literacy in medical institutions based on the perspective of older patients and its reliability and validity test

Abstract
Objective:To develop evaluation scale of organizational health literacy in medical institutions based on the perspective of older patients,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:Based on ten attributes of medical institutions with health literacy,the scale was formed through qualitative interviews and Delphi expert consultations.A total of 423 inpatients from 2 tertiary hospitals in Yangzhou,Jiangsu province were conveniently selected from August to October 2023,and the item analysis and reliability and validity test of the scale were conducted.Results:Established evaluation scale of organizational health literacy in medical institutions based on the perspective of older patients included 5 dimensions(patient empowerment,guide system,health information,doctor-patient communication,and policy norms)with 22 items.2 rounds of expert correspondence were conducted,and the recovery rate of the questionnaires both were 100.00%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.892 and 0.904.The coefficients of variation were ranged from 0.07 to 0.58 and from 0.07 to 0.25,and the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.165 and 0.215(both P<0.001).The cumulative variance contribution rate of the 5 common factors extracted by exploratory factor analysis was 64.662%.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the overall fit of the model was good.The average scale-level content validity index was 0.954,the item-level content validity index were ranged from 0.833 to 1.000.The overall Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.937.The split-half reliability was 0.853.Conclusions:The evaluation scale of organizational health literacy in medical institutions based on the perspective of older patients has good scientificity and reliability,it can be used as a tool for older patients to evaluate the organizational health literacy of medical institutions.关键词
