护理实践准备度量表的汉化及信效度检验
Chinesization of Nursing Practice Readiness Scale and its reliability and validity test

Abstract
Objective:To sinicize Nursing Practice Readiness Scale(NPRS)and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The Brislin translation model was used to translate and back translate the original scale,and then the cross-cultural adjustment of the scale was carried out through expert correspondence,and the Chinese version of NPRS was formed after pre-investigation.A total of346 newly recruited nurses from 5 tertiary grade A hospitals in Shanxi province were selected from March to July 2023 by convenience sampling method to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The Chinese version of NPRS included 5 dimensions(clinical judgment and nursing performance,professional attitudes,patient-centeredness,self-regulation and collaborative interpersonal relationship)with 35 items.The item-level CVI of the Chinese version of NPRS were ranged from 0.857 to 1.000,the unanimous scale-level CVI was 0.886,and the average scale-level CVI was 0.980.The cumulative variance contribution rate of the 5 common factors with eigenvalues greater than 1 extracted by exploratory factor analysis was 63.393%,and the results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that χ2/v was 2.864,root mean square error of approximation was 0.073,comparative fit index was 0.863,goodness-of-fit index was 0.794,and Tucker-Lewis index was 0.853.The combined reliability of the 5 dimensions were ranged from 0.811 to 0.942,the average variance extracted value were ranged from 0.506 to 0.672,and the square root of the average variance extracted value was greater than the corresponding correlation coefficient.The overall Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.951,and the split-half reliability was 0.825.Conclusions:The reliability and validity of Chinese version of NPRS are acceptable,which can be used to measure the nursing practice readiness of newly recruited nurses.关键词
