吸烟后果问卷的汉化及其在冠心病病人中的信效度检验
Chinesization of Smoking Consequences Questionnaire and its reliability and validity test in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective:To sinicize Smoking Consequences Questionnaire(SCQ),and to test its reliability and validity in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:The SCQ was translated and back-translated following the Brislin model,and the questionnaire was revised through 2 rounds of expert consultation and pre-investigation.A total of 367 smoking patients with coronary heart disease hospitalized in the cardiovascular medicine departments of 2 tertiary hospitals in Suzhou were selected as survey subjects by convenience sampling method from April to August 2023 to test its reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the SCQ.Results:The Chinese version of SCQ contained 5 dimensions(long-term negative consequences,immediate negative consequences,sensory satisfaction,negative reinforcement,and appetite-weight control)with a total of 25 items.The average scale-level content validity index was 0.989,and item-level content validity index were ranged from 0.900 to 1.000.The results of the third exploratory factor analysis showed that the cumulative variance contribution rate of the 5 dimensions was 71.306%.The Cronbach's α coefficient for the total questionnaire was 0.874.The split-half reliability was 0.949.Conclusions:The Chinese version of SCQ has good reliability and validity.It can be used as valid tool for evaluating the smoking outcome expectancies of patients with coronary heart disease in China.关键词
