网络认知行为疗法干预方案在脑卒中后焦虑抑郁共病病人中的应用
Application of internet-based cognitive behavior therapy intervention program in patients with post-stroke comorbid anxiety and depression

Abstract
Objective:To construct internet-based cognitive behavior therapy(ICBT)intervention program in patients with post-stroke comorbid anxiety and depression,and evaluate its application effect.Methods:Patients with post-stroke comorbid anxiety and depression admitted to a tertiary grade A hospital in Shanxi province were selected as the research subjects from January to July 2023,and the patients were divided into control group and experimental group with 36 cases in each group by generating random numbers through SPSS software.The control group was given knowledge explanation,basic nursing,home rehabilitation guidance,WeChat group consultation and telephone follow-up,while the experimental group was given an ICBT intervention program.Depression,anxiety and quality of life were compared between the 2 groups.Results:There were time,intergroup and interaction effects on anxiety scores and depression scores of patients with post-stroke comorbid anxiety and depression,and there were statistically significant differences between the score of experimental group and the control group after 1 month and 2 months after intervention(P<0.05).There were time,intergroup and interaction effects on the scores of physiological function,general health and social function in quality of life of in patients with post-stroke comorbid anxiety and depression,and there were statistically significant differences between the score of experimental group and the control group after 1 month and 2 months after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of ICBT intervention program in patients with post-stroke comorbid anxiety and depression is beneficial to improve the anxiety,depression and quality of life of patients.关键词
