Abstract
Objective:To investigate the construction of specialist nurse training bases for nutrition support in Shanxi province,and provide a reference for standardizing the construction of these bases.Methods:From January to March 2024,members of the Enteral Nutrition Committee of the Nursing Association of Shanxi province conducted investigations in the 41 hospitals where they worked.The investigation covered aspects such as hospital scale,teaching management of the nursing department,and base management.Results:There were relatively few specialist nurses in nutrition support nationally.The number of nutrition support specialist teams established in hospitals in various prefecture-level cities was not large.The equipment and facilities in departments planning to apply for specialist teaching bases for nutrition support still needed to be further improved,and the implementation of specialized techniques also needed to be further enhanced.Departments with better implementation of enteral and parenteral nutrition were concentrated in tertiary grade A hospitals.Non-tertiary grade A hospitals needed to further improve nutrition support treatment.Conclusions:The construction of specialist nurse training bases for nutrition support in Shanxi province needs to be further improved.Non-tertiary grade A hospitals urgently need to further improve the situation of nutrition support treatment.关键词
