Abstract

The CuCl/NaY adsorbent was prepared by loading CuCl onto the surface of NaY zeolite by ball milling,and the adsorbent was characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,XRD,XPS,and other methods.The effects of CuCl loading and activation temperature on the structure and properties of the adsorbent were investigated.The experimental results show that the adsorbent with a CuCl loading(mass ratio to NaY)of 0.4 g/g has a high Cu(Ⅰ)dispersion degree,and the valence of Cu(Ⅰ)accounts for 70.97%(x),showing the highest CO adsorption capacity.At the activation temperature of 450℃,the CuCl/NaY adsorbent with a CuCl loading of 0.4 g/g has the best CO adsorption effect,and the CO adsorption capacity is 18 mL/g at 25℃,0.1 MPa,volume space velocity of 1 200 h-1,and CO content in hydrogen of 500 mL/g.The activated adsorbent at 450℃has a high Cu(Ⅰ)dispersion degree and the highest Cu(Ⅰ)valence proportion and has the strongest π complexation effect on CO.
