摘要

Abstract

The Ni/SiO2 catalyst with a high content of Ni was prepared by co-precipitation method combined with glycerol modification by using silica sol as a silicon source and nickel nitrate as a nickel source.The structure and performance of the catalyst were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,XRD,H2-TPR,H2-TPD,SEM,FTIR,and other methods.The results show that the addition of glycerol effectively reduces the agglomeration of nickel active components in the Ni/SiO2 catalyst,promotes the increase in pore structure,and makes the interaction between nickel grains and carrier stronger.The catalytic hydrogenation performance of C5 petroleum resin was investigated by FTIR and bromine value analysis.The nickel catalyst with glycerol added can better promote the hydrogenation performance of C5 petroleum resin than the same type of commercial catalyst.
