硬脂酸铁的制备及其在稠油水热裂解降黏中的应用
Preparation of iron stearate and its application in viscosity reduction by hydrothermal cracking of heavy oil

Abstract
The oil-soluble iron stearate catalyst for viscosity reduction by hydrothermal cracking was synthesized from ferric trichloride and stearic acid by means of the solvothermal method.FTIR,TG,1H NMR,elemental analysis,and molecular simulation distillation were used to investigate the appropriate reaction conditions and the principle of the catalyst for viscosity reduction of heavy oil.The experimental results show that the optimum viscosity reduction conditions were 240℃,oil-water mass ratio of 7∶3,catalyst dosage of 0.3%(w),and 1 mL hydrogen supplier.Under these conditions,the viscosity reduction rate of heavy oil can reach 77.32%after 24 h hydrothermal reaction.Iron stearate catalyst can achieve viscosity reduction and in-situ modification of heavy oil.The synergistic effect of the catalyst and hydrogen supplier can promote the hydrothermal cracking and improve the viscosity reduction greatly.关键词
