Abstract
For vented gas recovery at station sites,an adsorption method-based vented gas recovery process capable of recovering 5 000 m3 of vented gas was designed,and a simulation model for the vented gas adsorption recovery process was established using Aspen HYSYS and Aspen Adsorption software.The simulation successfully finished the whole-process dynamic simulation of adsorption recovery-desorption utilization.Through the simulation,the variation in unit adsorption capacity within the adsorption bed was obtained,and the process performance of the adsorption method-based vented gas recovery was evaluated.The recovery time,energy consumption,and recovery rate under different operating conditions were calculated,and the problems related to storage capacity and adsorption heat management at ambient temperature were analyzed from the perspective of engineering practice.The average energy consumption of unit gas recovery by adsorption method is 0.275(kW·h)/kg,with the maximum temperature in the adsorption tank reaching 328 K.A recovery rate of up to 87.1%can be achieved within a recovery time of 9.6 min,showing that this method is suitable for small-scale vented natural gas recovery processes.关键词
