Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,China has made new progress in energy system reform,made new breakthroughs in the supply,consumption and technology of clean energy,and made a significant contribution to the global energy transition.The Energy Law,passed by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress in November 2024,will help to ensure national energy security,promote high-quality development and green and low-carbon transformation of the energy industry,and enhance its core competitiveness and ability to resist risks.Petroleum and petrochemical enterprises should always keep in mind the earnest instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping,firmly implement the new energy security strategy,strengthen the implementation of the Energy Law propaganda,strengthen compliance management in accordance with the law,further promote construction of the energy production,supply,storage,and marketing system,resolutely safeguard national energy security,make new greater contributions to promote Chinese modernization.关键词
