电刺激联合生物反馈对阴道松弛症的临床效果评价
Evaluation of the clinical effect of electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback on vaginal laxity

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the treatment effects of home-based electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback on vaginal laxity syndrome(VLS). Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 429 patients with VLS(including 396 patients at reproductive age)collected from June to September 2024.All patients underwent home-based electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback treatment.The treatment effects were evaluated using pelvic floor surface electromyography Glazer assessment,vaginal laxity questionnaire(VLQ),visual analogue scale(VAS),and female sexual function index(FSFI)before and after treatment. Results:Compared with pre-treatment,the maximum value of fast-twitch muscle,average value of slow-twitch muscle,and average value of endurance stage significantly increased after treatment(P＜0.05).The VLQ score significantly increased[(3.26±1.10)vs.(2.48±0.94),P＜0.05].The total FSFI score significantly improved[(20.40±8.01)vs.(17.29±7.55),P＜0.05].There were no statistically significant difference in the four dimensions of VAS scores before and after treatment(P＞0.05).The results of the subgroup analysis of 396 patients at reproductive age were similar to the overall results. Conclusions:Home-based electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback can improve vaginal laxity,pelvic floor muscle function and sexual function in patients with VLS,serving as an effective non-invasive treatment method.关键词
