Research progress of regulating the blastocyst activation with maternal-fetal communication
摘要
Abstract
The intimate maternal-fetal communication between the endometrium and blastocyst serves as a crucial prerequisite for successful embryo implantation.During the embryo implantation process,the blastocyst and endometrium develop synergistically,regulating the release and uptake of extracellular vesicles,the activity of canonical Wnt signaling pathway,etc.,and the specific expression of molecules such as integrins,L-selectins,and heparin-binding epidermal growth factors(HB-EGF)and so on.Through these various mechanisms,they achieve precise and orchestrated communication.Their interaction enhances the blastocyst's cellular activity,metabolism and proliferation,thereby controls its activation and facilitates the development of adhesion,invasion,and implantation capabilities.Disrupted maternal-fetal communication can negatively impact blastocyst activation,so it is a significant factor contributing to failed embryo implantation.This review delves into the molecular mechanisms underlying maternal-fetal communication in regulating blastocyst activation,offering a fresh perspective on the pathological processes involved in recurrent implantation failure(RIF).Additionally,it proposes potential therapeutic approaches for improving outcomes in clinical IVF-ET procedures.关键词
