Research progress in improvement of treatment outcomes with applying lifestyle medicine in ART
摘要
Abstract
Couples undergoing ART are increasingly concerned about healthy and beneficial lifestyles,and lifestyle medicine,which prevents,treats and alter non-infectious chronic diseases through lifestyle treatment,encompasses six aspects,including healthy diet,avoidance of exposure to hazardous substances,physical activity,sleep status,stress management,and social connections,which basically covers the details of patients'lives that need to be paid attention to prior to ART treatment and during childbearing.Based on this,the purpose of this study is to comprehensively analyze the healthy lifestyles related to ART,with the aim of providing comprehensive lifestyle guidance for patients undergoing ART and providing reference for healthcare professionals in their clinical practice.关键词
