云南省铁路运输组织策略研究
Research on Railway Organization Strategy of Yunnan Province
摘要
Abstract
Yunnan Province is located at the intersection of the second and third steps in China,with complex terrain and geology,and difficult construction.The railway in Yunnan Province has the characteristics of small network scale,low technical standards,single-track railway and limited passing capacity.Passenger demand has the characteristics of rapid growth in total volume,outside the province and radiality in the province,strong tourist flow and seasonal fluctuations,and freight demand has the characteristics of steady growth in total volume and strong international demand.To adapt to the supply and transportation demand of railway network,some railway transportation organizational strategies were put forward:increasing the number of trains according to the law of demand growth;actively promoting the quality improvement of existing railways and operating EMUs,extending the external high speed rail route to the West Yunnan hub to reduce transfer and transfer,running tourist trains and air-rail trains and dynamic adjustment of the map,running international freight trains and optimizing the intermediate links,and gradually promoting the sub-line transport of sections with limited capacity.关键词
