摘要

Abstract

To solve the hook connection of F-TR lock and container in container unloading operations,the factors of a padlock in railway container F-TR lock unloading operations and anti-hook connection measures were analyzed.Laser ranging,image recognition,weighing sensor,PLC control,video monitoring,and other technical means were used to study and design key technologies such as automatic positioning control of small cars,intelligent recognition of railway freight cars,lifting positioning control,vehicle hook connection status judgment,slow point motion lifting of flat car unloading operations,and non-release detection of containers.A non-release protection technology for railway container F-TR lock unloading operations of flat cars was proposed,forming a non-release protection system for container F-TR lock unloading operations of flat cars,which was promoted and applied in the railway freight yard of Beijing Group Company.The application results indicate that the system is standardized,safe,and efficient,ensuring the safety of container unloading operations of flat cars.
