从豁闭通腑法论治晚期肝癌
Discussion on the treatment of advanced liver cancer from the method of opening the closure and unblocking fu-organs
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid progress and high mortality,it is an important clinical topic to explore the effective treatment of liver cancer.According to the clinical pathogenesis characteristics of advanced liver cancer,our research group focused on the"closure"phase of"five-phase evolution"of malignant tumor.Besides,we clarified its pathogenesis from the point of view of gallbladder,gastrointestinal,Sanjiao and blood stasis.And we discussed the"opening the closure and unblocking fu-organs"treatment of advanced liver cancer from the perspectives of soothing the liver and gallbladder to cure yellow closure,regulating stomach and intestine to cure intestinal cerebral atresia,promoting Sanjiao to cure water closure,and replenishing qi and activating blood circulation to cure blood stasis closure,which expanded the connotation of the treatment of"opening the closure and clearing the source".关键词
