Identification of chemical constituents in Guanxinjing based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS technology
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To rapidly analyze and identify the chemical constituents of Guanxinjing.[Methods]Based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS technology,the chemical constituents in Guanxinjing were systematically characterized and identified by their characteristic fragments and neutral losses.[Results]A total of 96 major constituents including 29 terpenoids,29 organic acids,1 1 phthalides,13 flavonoids,and 14 other constituents were identified by compared the accurate mass measurements and secondary mass spectrometry fragment ions,and combined with the literature report and the reference.[Conclusion]This method can quickly and accurately analyze the chemical constituents of Guanxinjing,which provides a theoretical basis for the quality control and pharmacodynamic substances research of Guanxinjing.关键词
