Abstract
On November 24,2023,Article 3 of the Ministry of Transport's"Opinions on the Construction of Smart Port and Smart Channel"issued by the Ministry of Transport proposed the"orderly promoting promotion of the automation and orderly promotion of the community dry scattered in an orderly promotion of the operation of the container terminal operation.This is also the first time that the scattered grocery is included in the policy document of the smart port.Since then,the domestic river port scattered grocery business has ushered in a new round of digital development opportunities,becoming a new direction of digital transformation in ports.Take digital transformation as a research perspective,focus on the scattered grocery business as the research object,focus on the port of the country,explore the study of digital transformation of the country's rivers and ports,and the scattered grocery,and strive to provide a new busi-ness research direction for our country's digital transformation.关键词
