摘要

Abstract

The output,quality,and inventory of sand and gravel from the railway machinery sand factory will have a significant im-pact on railway construction.Currently,the extensive management mode of the railway machinery sand factory is seriously disconnected from the comprehensive informatization and digitization of railway construction management.This paper proposes a digitization scheme for the railway machinery sand factory based on digital twin technology,using multi-source data fusion methods such as oblique photogra-phy and three-dimensional laser scanning,Realize three-dimensional realistic restoration of the mechanical sand plant,real-time dis-play of equipment operation status,and full process connectivity of production system data,improving the production management effi-ciency of the mechanical sand plant.
