数字孪生技术在铁路机制砂厂智能化应用初探
Preliminary study on intelligent application of digital twin technology in railway mechanized sand plant
摘要
Abstract
The output,quality,and inventory of sand and gravel from the railway machinery sand factory will have a significant im-pact on railway construction.Currently,the extensive management mode of the railway machinery sand factory is seriously disconnected from the comprehensive informatization and digitization of railway construction management.This paper proposes a digitization scheme for the railway machinery sand factory based on digital twin technology,using multi-source data fusion methods such as oblique photogra-phy and three-dimensional laser scanning,Realize three-dimensional realistic restoration of the mechanical sand plant,real-time dis-play of equipment operation status,and full process connectivity of production system data,improving the production management effi-ciency of the mechanical sand plant.关键词
