摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of intelligent guidance and optimization of physical examination process management in health examination.Methods A total of 15,000 examiners who underwent health examination in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the control group(received routine examination process management).A total of 15,000 examiners who underwent health examination in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the observation group(received intelligent guidance and optimization of physical examination process management).The time,satisfaction,and completion of physical examination were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter physical examination time(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of physical examination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The completion rate of physical examination items and one-time completion rate of physical examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intelligent guidance and optimization of physical examination process management in health examination is significant,which can shorten the physical examination time,improve physical examination satisfaction,and promote the completion of physical examination.关键词
