Abstract
Objective To explore the postpartum mothers'intention to participate in"Internet+maternal and infant nursing service"aiming to promote"Internet+maternal and infant nursing service"and provide references for related policy formulation.Methods Based on the theory of planned behavior,15 mothers of infants who visited the Women and Children's Hospital,Qingdao University from October to November 2024 were selected using purposive sampling method and interviewed using semi-structured interviews.Colaizzi seven-step analysis method was used to analyze the interview data.Results The three dimensions of behavioral attitude,subjective norm,and perceived behavioral control in theory of planned behavior were taken as the primary themes,and 10 secondary themes were extracted,including positive attitudes,negative attitudes,family support,social group influence,self-decision-making ability,maternal and infant nursing knowledge and skills,professionalism of"Internet+"nurses,safety management in"Internet+maternal and infant nursing service",operationality of information platforms and user experience,and costs and payment methods.Conclusion Postpartum mothers overall hold a positive attitude towards"Internet+maternal and infant nursing service",but their awareness level of"Internet+maternal and infant nursing service"is low.Their knowledge and skills of maternal and infant nursing are insufficient,and behavioral intentions are influenced by multiple factors.Medical institutions should increase publicity efforts,build a strong support system of family-medical staff-society,improve professionalism of"Internet+"nurses,and the policy support and continuous optimization of Internet information platforms will effectively promote the development of"Internet+maternal and infant nursing service".关键词
