摘要
Abstract
Cell-free DNA from pregnant women's urine has shown great potential as a non-invasive biomarker for the detection of fetal chromosomal abnormalities.One of the mechanisms of plasma clearance of fetal cell-free DNA is by the kidneys via urine.The development of a non-invasive test based on urine cell-free DNA to identify fetal chromosome aneuploidy through high-throughput sequencing technology promises to be a safer and more convenient clinical diagnostic specimen when compared with existing peripheral blood non-invasive prenatal testing technologies.This article reviews the progress of the application of cell-free DNA in pregnant women's urine in the detection of fetal chromosomal abnormalities.关键词
