A case report of pregnancy complicated with rupture of uterine artery pseudoaneurysm
摘要
Abstract
This article reports a case of pregnancy complicated with rupture of uterine artery pseudoaneurysm(UAP),and summarizes the diagnosis and treatment process and nursing measures.The patient was admitted to the hospital at 31+2 weeks of gestation due to persistent lower abdominal pain,and was diagnosed as pregnancy with UAP rupture with complications.The treatment included tocolysis,cesarean section,ligation of bleeding artery,uterine repair,and bilateral uterine arteriography+embolization and internal iliac artery embolization due to postoperative active abdominal bleeding.With careful treatment and nursing,the patient's condition tended to be stable.关键词
