Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of Bakri balloon tamponade and B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta previa.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta previa admitted to Zhangye People's Hospital Affiliated to Hexi University from February 2020 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the reference group(60 cases,treated with B-Lynch suture)and the study group(60 cases,treated with Bakri balloon tamponade).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage,coagulation indexes(fibrinogen[FIB],prothrombin time[PT],activated partial thromboplastin time[APTT])and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The blood loss 2 hours after operation in the study group was less than that in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding 24 hours after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).At 24 hours after operation,FIB was increased and PT and APTT were shortened in the two groups,and FIB in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and PT and APTT were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both Bakri balloon tamponade and B-Lynch suture are effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta previa.Bakri balloon tamponade can reduce the amount of bleeding 2 hours after operation and improve coagulation function.关键词
