摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Metronidazole Suppositories combined with Chlorquinaldol-promestriene Vaginal Tablets in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 70 elderly patients with vaginitis who visited the Department of Women Health Care,Lishui District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Nanjing from January 2022 to December 2023.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Metronidazole Suppositories,while the treatment group was treated with Chlorquinaldol-promestriene Vaginal Tablets based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,improvement time of vaginal symptoms,vaginal cleanliness,pH value of vaginal secretions,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of vaginal symptoms in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vaginal cleanliness in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the pH value of vaginal secretions was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Metronidazole Suppositories combined with Chlorquinaldol-promestriene Vaginal Tablets in the treatment of senile vaginitis is good,which is beneficial for improving vaginal symptoms and maintaining the vaginal environment,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
