Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Caffeine Citrate in the treatment of low body weight apnea of prematurity(AOP).Methods A total of 86 children with low body weight AOP admitted to the Department of Neonatology,Juye County People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(treated with Aminophylline)and the observation group(treated with Caffeine Citrate)according to the lottery method.The clinical efficacy,nerve function development,recovery,complications,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,active muscle tone,general behavior,primitive reflex,passive muscle tone,and behavioral ability scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The apnea disappearance time and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Caffeine Citrate in the treatment of low body weight AOP is definite,which can promote the development of nerve function in children,improve recovery,and reduce adverse reactions.关键词
